b) Registered Members

  • Medical information relevant to exercise and safety (e.g., heart conditions, injuries, pregnancy, etc.)

All personal and medical data is encrypted at rest and stored securely.


3. Why We Collect This Data (Legal Basis)

  • Contractual Necessity: To provide you with access to our fitness facilities and services, including ensuring you are fit to participate based on medical history.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain member data for seven (7) years after your membership ends, to comply with legal and insurance obligations. After that, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

We do not share your personal or medical data with any third parties. Your information is handled solely by our authorised staff in accordance with strict confidentiality and security procedures.
